Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH. In this position, the specialist supports brand campaigns by engaging directly with customers through events, face-to-face marketing, and sales interactions to drive awareness and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting product and service offerings, managing customer inquiries, tracking sales performance, and contributing to campaign strategy and execution. The role involves collaborating closely with team members to refine messaging, support training initiatives, and ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences. The specialist is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, meet performance goals, and actively participate in ongoing coaching and development. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and professional presentation abilities. Customer Service experience, with the ability to build rapport, address concerns, and create positive, memorable interactions. Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets. Training and Sales Management capabilities, such as supporting team development, sharing best practices, and helping coordinate sales activities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment and adapt quickly to changing campaign needs. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and initiative-taking. Basic proficiency with sales or CRM tools and comfort interpreting performance metrics and customer data.
