Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team. In this role, you'll provide expert nutritional care to patients in a hospital setting, helping to improve health outcomes through tailored dietary plans and counseling. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients to understand their needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Document dietary information accurately and maintain detailed patient records. Deliver nutritional counseling and education to patients and their families. Support clinical teams by providing expertise on nutrition support therapies. Maintain compliance with all relevant licensure, safety, and documentation standards. Qualifications & Requirements: Valid Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and licensure. Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a dietitian in a hospital or clinical environment. Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and nutrition support therapies. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
