You will be the key link between our talent and our client's operational goals, ensuring every process runs smoothly and remains compliant. Position Details:

• Pay: $25 - $28 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time
• Shift: Monday through Friday (8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.)

Responsibilities

• Talent Pipeline: Developing and managing a candidate flow that aligns with client needs.
• Hiring Process: Administering skill assessments, processing applications, and conducting reference checks.
• Compliance & Safety: Coordinating onsite drug testing and distributing safety equipment (PPE).
• Administrative Accuracy: Auditing payroll for 100% accuracy and maintaining electronic talent records
