Customer Delivery Driver – Omaha, NE Compensation Base pay $17 per hour, with the opportunity to increase hourly compensation by $0.50 every 3 months based on performance. Load and unload vehicles onto haulers, requiring physical strength and effort. Inspect hauler and ensure safe driving conditions. Complete customer paperwork and record detailed notes in the customer tracking system. Maintain a clean driving record and comply with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy. Obtain a notary license in your jurisdiction within 90 days of employment (sponsored by Carvana). Access DMV, title, and registration systems as required. Qualifications & Requirements At least 2 years of customer-facing experience. Physically able to perform demanding tasks such as detailing, loading/unloading, and walking/standing for 8+ hours. Can read, write, speak, and understand English. Strong manual dexterity, visual acuity, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable with a range of movements (reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, squat). Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
