Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | Evening/Night rotations: 15:00–03:30 and 19:00–07:30 | Includes weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to both adult and pediatric patient populations in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Perform telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation, including identification of lethal rhythms
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing and patient care demands
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered emergency care

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact RN license required
• BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required – AHA only
• TNCC certification required
• Minimum of two (2) years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric populations within the last three (3) years
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass a Telemetry examination prior to start (adult and pediatric components; passing score of 80% or higher with strict criteria for lethal rhythm identification)
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with telemetry monitoring and advanced cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Prior travel nursing experience in an Emergency Department setting
• Familiarity with both adult and pediatric emergency care protocols
