• Explain findings and recommended next steps clearly to homeowners.
• Identify situations that may require additional plumbing repairs, excavation, hydro jetting, or sewer-line replacement.
• Maintain a clean and professional work area while protecting the customer's home.
• Complete accurate service notes, photos, and job documentation.
• Maintain assigned tools, equipment, vehicle, and drain-cleaning inventory.
• Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, plumbers, and other field team members.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper equipment-use practices.
• Participate in technical training, team meetings, and professional development.
• Provide a professional customer experience from arrival through job completion.

• Comfortable working with drain-cleaning and sewer equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Willingness to learn and continue developing plumbing and drain-service skills.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to involve a senior plumber or supervisor.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to perform physical work in basements, crawl spaces, utility areas, and outdoor conditions.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Why Work at Sila?

• Competitive compensation with performance-based earning opportunities
• Steady, year-round customer demand
• Strong dispatch, customer service, and operational support
• Fully stocked warehouse and parts support
• Company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment as applicable

You'll keep your equipment and vehicle organized, document your work thoroughly, and help customers understand what is happening with their plumbing system.

Most importantly, you'll provide dependable service while continuing to build the skills needed to grow your career with Sila.
