Infectious Disease Pharmacy Specialist - Outpatient & HIV

Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System is seeking a licensed Clinical Pharmacist Specialist (Infectious Diseases) with Pharm.D. and expertise in antimicrobial management. The role focuses on outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy and serves as lead pharmacist for the HIV program. Additional duties include HCV patient management, consultative PK/PD support, and advancing antimicrobial stewardship.
