Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking an Industrial Electrician in the Akron, OH area to deliver high-quality electrical installations for large-scale commercial and industrial projects.

Impact
- Ensures all electrical systems are installed safely and meet strict building codes.
- Drives project efficiency by leading field crews and mentoring junior apprentices.
- Minimizes equipment downtime through expert troubleshooting and system diagnostics.
- Maintains high craftsmanship standards to build long-term client trust.

Responsibilities
- Install and repair industrial electrical systems, including switchgear, panels, and motors.
- Troubleshoot complex control systems and perform system commissioning.
- Interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and electrical schematics accurately.
- Coordinate daily field activities and plan material needs with the Superintendent.
- Run conduit and pull wiring for large commercial power systems.
- Lead weekly safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance on the jobsite.
- Mentor apprentices to improve team technical skills and productivity.
- Document project progress, including timecards and material requests.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets NEC and local requirements.

Compensation and Logistics
