This is a P&L-owning, full-authority plant leadership role — not a caretaker position. Full ownership. You run production, quality, maintenance, logistics, safety, and the P&L — not a slice of it. A seat at the table. You report directly to the Director of Operations and have real influence over how the plant runs. Room to grow. You’re the right fit if you: Have led plant or production operations in a high-volume manufacturing, processing, or distribution environment (5+ years) Know how to read a P&L and aren't afraid to own it Lead from the floor, not just from behind a desk Have built or rebuilt a team and made it perform Bring Lean or continuous improvement chops to the table A bachelor's degree in business or engineering is a plus, but we care more about what you've actually run and delivered.
