Riley Hotel Group is looking for a full-time Food and Beverage Director to join their team! As the F&B Director at Riley, you will lead and oversee all F&B operations. You will be responsible for driving financial performance, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and working with our properties’ teams to foster a high-performing culture.

The right candidate will have:

• Previous experience in leadership food and beverage role, preferably in hospitality
• Strong understanding of financials, food cost, labor and revenue strategies
• Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisors, clients, staff, vendors, etc.
• Ability to foster a team environment focused on guest satisfaction and operational experience
• Ability to monitor/assess performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action

Our Food and Beverage Director will:

• Oversee all F&B outlets and banquet operations to ensure excellent service
• Design and implement revenue-generating programs that provide excellent value and guest satisfaction
• Enforce all Riley Hotel Group standard operating procedures and service protocols
• Build relationships within the local community to enhance public relations and brand presence
• Supervise all departmental personnel demonstrating high leadership skills, model behaviors, and exemplary actions
• Plan, assign, and direct various department tasks and projects as needed
• Maintain knowledge of all company and brand standards
• Execute proper product management which includes inventorying, ordering, purchasing, securing, and issuing all beverage and bar products and supplies
• Maintain and abide by state and OSHA safety, sanitation, and health regulations as well as company and brand requirements
