• Join 2 surgeons with goal of 4-surgeon team
• Bread and butter practice with high autonomy
• Hospital-employed position with strong earning potential
• Call structure: 1:3 currently, goal 1:4
• Open to new graduates and experienced candidates
• See 8 - 20 patients daily in clinic
