Dual-Licensed Spa Therapists, Anthem Row Overview We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic practitioners who are dual licensed in massage therapy and esthetics for our club at Anthem Row. Job Responsibilities Massage Therapist The Massage Therapist’s job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Analyzing, consulting and performing massage treatments in a professional and comfortable setting Directing all efforts towards member satisfaction Performing 25, 50, and 80-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal and Swedish massages Ensuring that the room is cleaned after each treatment and at the end of each shift Esthetician The Esthetician’s job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Analyzing, consulting and performing facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable setting Directing all efforts toward member satisfaction Position has room for growth into management within the company Qualifications Must possess a valid DC Massage Therapy license Must possess a valid DC Esthetician license Prefer 1–2 years of experience Must have specific training in facial and body waxing Must be willing to develop a practice within our corporation while developing their own skills and knowledge Must be available on a full-time basis (part-time opportunities may also be available) Evening and weekend availability a must Cross-trained in multiple services, including stone massage, prenatal, craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy, and reflexology, is highly preferred Excellent communication skills Positive energy Dynamic group-building personality Computer literacy Pay Transparency Full-time practitioners working an average of 20 hours per week per pay period can potentially earn $45,000–$65,000.
