Benefits Specialist Location: WPB Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM onsite Duration: 3-month contract with potential for permanent conversion Pay Rate: $20‑22/hr Overview Our client is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join their HR team in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. This position will support employee benefits administration, onboarding coordination, documentation processing, and employee inquiries. The team is fully onsite and consists of a close-knit group of 7 team members. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a designated alphabetical section of employees and handling benefits‑related tasks for that group. Key Responsibilities Assist employees with benefits-related questions regarding medical, dental, life insurance, leave administration, and retirement programs Process benefits documentation, enrollments, changes, and employee updates accurately and timely Maintain HRIS and employee records while ensuring confidentiality Coordinate onboarding and benefits communication with employees and vendors Support leave tracking, documentation management, and general HR administrative functions Provide strong customer service and assist with employee inquiries professionally and efficiently Perform data entry and maintain organized records and files Requirements Previous administrative, HR, benefits, or customer service experience preferred Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is preferred, but there is no Excel assessment for this role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Equal Opportunity Employer Dexian is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dexian DISYS
