Dietary Services Director - Lead Nutrition & Care

The Waters-3 is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead and direct the dietary department, ensuring daily delivery of quality nutritional services in line with standards and regulations. The role requires strong management and collaboration across nursing, housekeeping, and social services teams.

You will develop care plans, supervise staff, and ensure safe, sanitary kitchen operations while maintaining resident satisfaction and compliance with physician orders.
