About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.

Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.

Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning agents.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.

Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet client expectations.

Provide excellent customer service and respond to client requests promptly.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous cleaning experience in commercial or residential settings.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent time management and communication skills.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
