Customer Service Representative
Location: San Antonio, TX 78249
Pay Rate: $22.68/hour + Shift Premiums (where applicable)
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Duration: Long-Term Temporary Assignment (8-12 Months) with Potential for Permanent Conversion
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team supporting a major client operation in San Antonio, TX . This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a large-scale business expansion with the potential to transition into permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

1st Shift
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
- Operations run 7 days per week
- Weekend availability is required for many positions
- Employees may have two days off during the week depending on business needs and assigned schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
- Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns
- Document interactions accurately in company systems
- Follow established procedures and service guidelines
- Meet attendance, productivity, and quality expectations
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, TX
- Flexibility to work assigned schedules, including weekends as needed
- Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Paid training provided
- Training schedules are expected to align with assigned shifts
- Multiple training classes will be scheduled as hiring ramps up
