Master Trainer

Compensation: $55 - $60 + performance bonuses + growth opportunities
Schedule: Flexible part-time to full-time options

What Youll Do

• Travel to client homes, offices, community spaces, events, and other service locations throughout the assigned territory.
• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Represent GYMGUYZs core values Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) in every interaction

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license, and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned service area.
