What You Need to Work the Reach Previous forklift experience required (reach, sit‑down, or both) Forklift certified or able to obtain Experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments preferred Basic math and inventory tracking skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
