Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned, as required./pulliObtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure/liliCreate and post to GL all department and location accrual entries. Ensure that all appropriate accounting entries are posted accurately and timely./liliPerforms monthly analysis related to PnL expenses (Revenue, Cogs and GA expenses)./liliWorking with the Accounting Manager and Controller to ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close and audit/liliManage Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation/liliParticipate in the interim and annual audit by providing information and answers to auditors./liliConduct financial analysis and prepare detailed financial reports and statements./liliServe as a key accounting point-of-contact for other departments, helping answer financial questions and resolve cross-functional issues/liliAssist with ad hoc projects as required including research, spreadsheets, analysis and implementation of improved procedures/liliMaintain and Utilize Tagetik Software to track IFRS 16 leases./liliInter-company account management and reconciliation process./liliAssists with tax activities as directed by Accounting Manager and/or Controller/liliPrepare and issue customer invoices accurately and timely based on contracts, purchase orders, or project milestones./li/ulpEmployment Eligibility Verification/ppMust possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility./ppSecurity Requirements/ppSubmission to, and ability to pass, a thorough pre-employment background check by Intralot, Inc. and the required State Lotteries is a requirement of employment.
