Level 3 Mobile Technician

The Level 3 Mobile Technician is a skilled technician capable of handling a wide range of mechanical repairs and performing basic to intermediate diagnostics. This role is trusted to complete most standard repairs with limited supervision and continues to build diagnostic capability. Senior-level position Generally has more than four years of experience and/or demonstrated job relevant knowledge/skills. A level three technician has a broad knowledge of the field's standard and technical concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of standard, complex, and technical tasks; is self-starting and requires minimal supervision. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
