Retail Cosmetics Brand Expert - Clinique, Willow Grove Park - Full Time Location: Willow Grove, PA, United States Schedule: Full time Hourly Rate: $16.50 - $26.76 (based on job, location, and schedule) Eligible for Sales Commission Job Description As a Beauty Brand Expert at Macy’s, you are the go‑to authority for your assigned brand, responsible for driving sales, elevating the customer experience, and leading with passion, expertise, and style. You serve as a product educator and beauty enthusiast – creating personalized routines, demonstrating new trends, and helping customers look and feel their best. You inspire teamwork, coach fellow Beauty Advisors, and lead by example. You foster customer loyalty, build relationships through clienteling, and execute brand strategies, events, and training in collaboration with store leadership and vendor partners. With a deep understanding of your brand and strong business acumen, you analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and deliver results in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment. Daily Responsibilities Lead by example: greet colleagues, set a positive tone, review daily sales goals, and stay informed on new launches and key products. Engage customers with genuine hospitality, build lasting relationships, and provide personalized consultations. Maintain a clean, merchandised, and visually appealing sales floor. Encourage loyalty benefits and ensure customers leave satisfied. Model collaboration, honesty, and care for the team. Continuously seek improvement, support goals, and learn from peers. Qualifications Deliver exceptional customer service with expert product knowledge. Build client relationships and drive client development through outreach and follow‑up. Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to grow business. Plan and execute in‑store and vendor‑led events. Maintain brand standards and merchandising. Collaborate with vendors, personal stylists, and store leadership. Resolve customer concerns professionally. Stay informed on product launches and beauty trends. Manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Passion for the beauty industry and sound judgment. Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and communicating loyalty benefits. 3–5 years of relevant retail, beauty, or leadership experience preferred. Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with reliable attendance. Must: communicate effectively in English, understand employment policies and safety rules. Essential Physical Requirements Require talking, lifting, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, reaching above eye level. Require close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Use computers and technology regularly, including cash registers and handheld devices.
