Job Description: Construction Superintendent We are seeking a motivated Construction Superintendent to manage day-to-day field operations across multiple custom home and large-scale remodeling projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in production or custom residential construction, communicates confidently with clients and subcontractors, and runs organized, professional jobsites without being told twice. This role is built for someone who learned the pace and discipline of a larger builder and is ready to apply that foundation in a smaller, higher-touch environment where their work is visible and their growth is real. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination — Own daily jobsite activities across multiple projects, keeping work sequenced, moving, and on track from groundbreak through punch list. Client Communication — Serve as the primary field contact for homeowners. Proactive, clear, and professional communication is non-negotiable. Quality Control — Maintain high standards at every phase. Catch issues early. Don't let problems stack. Subcontractor Coordination — Schedule, direct, and hold subs accountable. You know how to run a crew meeting and follow up without being asked. Scheduling & Look-Ahead Planning — Own the two- and three-week look-ahead. Flag conflicts before they become delays. Budget Awareness — Work within approved scope, flag changes early, and communicate proactively when something is trending wrong. Jobsite Standards — Clean, safe, organized sites every day. This reflects directly on the company and the client.
