Registered Nurse (RN), Inpatient - OB Float Pool, OB Flex Team

Role OB Float Pool Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, educate, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate care incorporating family-centered principles and cost-effective practices. Utilize knowledge of unit-specific equipment and the nursing process. Collaborate across disciplines to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing or current enrollment in a BSN program with signed agreement. Current Texas Board of Nursing or Nurse Licensure Compact license. BLS certification (American Heart Association); PALS preferred. Minimum of 9 months of professional nursing experience. Skills & Abilities Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills. Excellent time and resource management and flexibility. Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. Preferred Experience Four or more years in women's services, including OB Triage, Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Antepartum care. Experience with high-risk women's services, GYN, mother/baby units, and newborn transition care.
