Before opening the agency, I worked in claims with State Farm, where I developed a strong foundation for helping customers navigate life's challenges. I graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago and have always had a passion for connecting with people, traveling, and staying active in the community. Over the years, we've supported local high schools and participated in various community initiatives to give back where it matters most. Role Description:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Hemina Patel - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
