The Job

• Ensuring the safety of team members and customers
• Delivering world class customer service and Jerry's business strategies
• Observe, coach, and teach sales & stocking team members on all work processes
• Planning & managing department work and labor resources
• Partnering with purchasing and merchandising teams to ensure merchandising plans are properly executed
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation

• Annual compensation starting at $50,000 to $70,000, including commission shares and overtime
• Full-time position with medical, dental, vision, and disability benefits
• 401(k) and employee stock ownership program

Schedule

• Scheduled 40 - 45 hours weekly and will include opening, closing, and weekend shifts
• Typically 5 days a week with rotating regular schedule which includes every-other weekend off, and one day off per week
• Position available at our Eugene and Springfield locations
