What You Will Do: Establish and manage product vision, strategy, and goals across multiple contracts, facilitating production line conflict resolution regarding schedule and capacity. Lead a team of multi‑disciplined engineers in support of hardware production, testing, and delivery of missile sub‑sections and/or All‑Up‑Round. Ensure technical integrity and engineering execution across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and other functions to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements. Drive positive change within the production environment as a key stakeholder in Failure Review Boards, FRACAS activities, obsolescence resolution, and other continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications You Must Have: Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Experience with Project Management as a technical leader of large engineering teams. Extensive experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) per ANSI Y14.5. Travel to suppliers and other Raytheon facilities as needed. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance prior to the start date. Qualifications We Prefer: 12 years of directly related mechanical design and/or production support experience. Mechanical aptitude to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. Strong technical background with high technical aptitude. Leadership skills and project management experience. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to support tasks as required, both in design development and production support. Proficiency in Creo (modeling and drawing) and Windchill (PDM). Ability to travel to government and other facilities to support program activities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project). Demonstrated technical leadership and execution experience (e.g., CE or PM). Active DoD‑issued security clearance. What We Offer: Salary range: $132,400 – $251,600.
