• Weeknight and weekend call only -- 3 weeks on, 1 week off
• Managing call for 2 hem/onc providers
• Light weeknight call -- no coming into hospital
• Possible hospital rounding on weekends
• Must reside within 30 miles of hospital for weekend call
• Both clinic and hospital call coverage
• Hospital privileges required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
