Regional Sales DirectorOptum Infusion Pharmacy, a division of OptumRx, is searching for a patient-inspired, results oriented and collaborative Regional Sales Director to join our Sales Team. This is a high-performing Team, and this role is critical to the growth of our division.Under the direction of the VP of Sales, the Regional Director of Sales is responsible for leading a team of IG Care Specialists and Clinical Liaisons selling IG infusion services. The RSD will also partner closely with their Intake, Operations and Nursing peers to achieve positive patient outcomes and over-achieve their Region sales goals.If you are located in the Midwest, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:Leads, motivates, and coaches IG Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals. Drives accountability at territory levelDevelops regional strategy and plan of action for target hospitals/hospital systems as well as Dermatology, Immunology, Neurology and Rheumatology and top prescribersRecruits, interviews, and hires top talentTrains and develops talent. Leads team through changeDemonstrates technical selling skills and Optum Infusion Pharmacy service model expertiseCollaborates with pharmacy operations team to ensure superior customer serviceAnalyzes and summarizes data and trendsRoutinely communicates with Marketing team regarding resources, competitive activity, etc.Interfaces with pharmaceutical manufacturers to highlight Optum Infusion Pharmacy service excellenceBuilds business relationships with health care professionalsEffectively manages travel and expense budgetUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizationsProtects organization's value by keeping information confidentialDemonstrates ability to effectively interact and cooperate with all company employeesBuilds trust, values others, communicates effectively, drives execution, fosters innovation, focuses on the customer, collaborates with others, solves problems creatively and demonstrates high integrityComplies with all company and government policies, regulations and business ethics codes and ensures they are communicated and implemented within the teamYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:5+ years of successful sales and/or sales management experience in healthcare2+ years of specialty Pharmacy or B2B sales experienceExperience in leading business meetings, developing and leading training sessionsExperience leading a team and influencing without authorityExperience in effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholdersProven history of driving sales results and achieving goalsProven success in a dynamic, fast paced environmentDriver's License and access to a reliable transportationAbility to travel a minimum of 50%Live in territory: Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Ohio, Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota, Wisconsin. The salary for this role will range from $90,000 to $195,000 annually based on full-time employment.
