Line / Prep Cook – Wedgewood Cheese Bar (Part-Time)
Wedgewood Cheese Bar is hiring a Line / Prep Cook to support our kitchen during service and prep.
This is a focused, execution-driven role. You’ll be working with a tight menu and a small team, with an emphasis on consistency, efficiency, and clean service.
What You’ll Do
- Execute menu items consistently and accurately during service
- Complete daily prep (vegetables, sauces, spreads, assembly components)
- Maintain a clean and organized station
- Follow systems for portioning, storage, and food safety
- Support a smooth, steady service alongside FOH
What You’re Responsible For
- Speed and consistency during service
- Clean, organized prep and station setup
- Minimizing waste and following portion standards
- Being ready and set up before service begins
Who You Are
- Reliable and on time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small kitchen
- Detail-oriented—you care about consistency
- Team-oriented and low ego
- Able to stay calm and focused during busy service

Compensation
- $15 per hour
- Participation in tip pool
Schedule
- Evenings and weekends required
- 2–5 shifts per week depending on availability
