Join our South Burlington, VT team if you're a performance-minded "A" player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to motivate others. A typical day includes:
- The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.
- Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers' homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces.
- Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer.
- Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities.
- To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team.

What We Offer:
- Flexible Scheduling:
- We operate 7 days a week.
- Full-time - 4 shifts per week (8-12 hour shifts).
- Part-time - 2-3 shifts per week (still 8-12 hour shifts).
- Immediate start dates & paid training.
Pay (Hour rate + Tips + Performance Based Bonus):
Total Average Earnings: $22 - $26/hour.

- What you bring to the company:
- You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance).
- Possess a valid driver's license (No CDL Required!).
- Have a clean driving history for 3 years (No points, suspensions, or violations).
- Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly.
