Full Time
Join a compassionate team delivering personalized, community-based mental health services to children and adults in the Midwest region. This role focuses on one-on-one interactions that empower clients through a strengths-based, skill-building approach. You will collaborate closely with Case Managers and Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans, providing support both in the community and home settings.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and at least three years older than the youth served.
Experience
While not mandatory, two years of experience working with adults or children in a health-related field is preferred.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills and intermediate proficiency with MS Office are essential. Within 30 days of employment, completion of Attendant Care and KHS online training is required. A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle are necessary for community-based work.
