- Analyze drawings, specifications, and system designs
- Participate in designassist and value engineering efforts
- Collaborate with project teams during handover
- Support pricing strategy and risk assessment
- Contribute to earlystage project planning
The Successful Applicant
- Estimating experience with a mechanical or MEP contractor
- Strong understanding of complex building systems
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, designheavy environment
- Experience with large project pursuits preferred
- General Contractor estimators will not be considered
- Competitive compensation and bonus potential
- Longterm stability with a strong project backlog
- Exposure to technically challenging, highprofile work
- Collaborative environment with direct access to leadership
