About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of ending disenfranchisement and discrimination against people with convictions, and to create a more comprehensive and humane reentry system. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, organizational stewardship, fundraising, and external relations. The ideal candidate will have a reflective leadership style, high emotional intelligence, and a demonstrated commitment to advancing opportunity and dignity for returning citizens and their families. Political sophistication and a strong understanding of Florida's civic, cultural, and policy landscape are also important.
