Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 32

Requirements:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide rehabilitation services to optimize health and function for patients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and progress.
