Job Description

Join European Wax Center as a Sales Associate and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience! You will be the face of our center, helping guests feel comfortable and providing them with the best service possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests with a positive attitude as they enter the center
Assisting customers with service and product selections
Managing appointment bookings and inquiries, both in-person and over the phone
Educating guests about services, promotions, and retail products
Ensuring a clean and organized reception area
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborating with team members to create a friendly and cohesive workplace

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software
Friendly, outgoing personality
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
