Histology Technician I
Join our team as a Histology Technician I, where you'll play a crucial role in preparing tissue samples for examination.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and process tissue samples for microscopic examination
- Perform routine histological techniques including embedding, sectioning, and staining
- Assist pathologists and laboratory staff in maintaining workflow and quality control
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a sterile environment
- Document and report results accurately
What We Need To See
- Active state licensure or certification as a Histology Technician
- Relevant experience in a pathology lab or clinical laboratory setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
