Assistant Project ManagerExpress Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager for a local client. This is a full-time, office-based position that offers the opportunity to work closely with project managers and field supervisors to help keep construction projects on schedule and within budget.Schedule:Monday – Friday8:00 AM – 5:00 PMKey Responsibilities:Assist with managing and prioritizing daily, weekly, and monthly project tasksSupport project managers and foremen with project coordination and communicationHelp monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project completionPerform basic accounting and bookkeeping functionsMaintain and track inventory levelsPrepare and organize project documentationProvide administrative support for ongoing construction projectsUtilize software programs to maintain records and reportsQualifications:Experience with basic accounting or bookkeepingInventory management experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesLeadership skills and the ability to work effectively with project managers and field teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and Adobe AcrobatStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentWork Environment:Primarily office and desk workOccasional light industrial or construction-related support activitiesIf you're detail-oriented, organized, and looking to grow your career in project management, apply today with Express Employment Professionals!
