Our client, a large financial services company, is seeking an experienced financial services professional for a Trust Specialist 12 month contract role in Frisco, TX or Charlotte, NC. This role is Hybrid with 3 days in the office per week. The role may have potential to extend or convert to a full-time team member for strong performers.

The Trust Specialist works on a centralized team and is accountable for providing superior customer service to Trust clients and key partners in Wealth with specialized concierge for daily email requests and inbound client calls; processing trust account onboarding, money movement, account maintenance and servicing, and recordkeeping within defined SLA's. Service is typically provided by email, updates to Salesforce, and follow up to internal business partners.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manages the set-up, implementation, and administration of trusts and estates.
• Monitors transactions, cash flows, and account activity.
• Reviews portfolios to ensure that they are in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Creates reports for clients regarding banking market conditions, trust products sales results, and earnings.

Educational Requirements:

• University (Degree) Preferred - Finance, Business or related

Work Experience:

• 1-2 Years Required in Financial Services, Wealth Management or similar field
• Knowledge of what an IRA (Investment Retirement Account) is
• Experience with Salesforce or a CRM is a plus
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

Pay Rate $24.51 - $26.51
