Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, Grant worked in player personnel and recruiting with the University of Tennessee football program, where he developed a strong foundation in talent development and team building. Outside of work, Grant is passionate about spending time with his wife, Hailey, and their two dogs, Bear and Ziggy (a Lab and Border Collie). He also enjoys staying active through CrossFit. Teresa Fratini – Associate Director of Selection: Teresa brings a unique perspective shaped by over 20 years as a client and more than a year as a leader within the firm. She focuses on attracting and developing individuals who want to grow, lead, and make an impact. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her two kids and their rescue pitties. Steve Eberbach – Financial Advisor: Steve has been with Northwestern Mutual for over 10 years, serving his clients as a proud partner of Clarity Financial Planning Group while also helping drive the development of advisors through his leadership role as Growth & Development Director. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, Steve worked as a civil engineer, bringing strong analytical and problem-solving skills into his financial planning practice. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active in nature. Key Responsibilities: As an Insurance Agent, your primary role will be to engage with clients to understand their comprehensive financial needs, providing personalized guidance to help them achieve their financial protection and planning goals. You will design and implement tailored strategies that safeguard clients' assets, income, and overall financial well-being, ensuring their long-term security. Regularly reviewing and updating clients' financial plans and insurance policies to reflect any changes in their circumstances or goals will be crucial to ensure continuous protection. Additionally, you will cultivate a robust network of clients through referrals, active community involvement, and professional associations. Qualifications: We prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline. While prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong analytical skills, and the capability to build lasting client relationships.
