Responsibilities As an Outside Sales team member, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within the assigned territory. You will utilize the company CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas. Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED Valid driver’s license Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience Benefits and Compensation Salary + Monthly Commission: Competitive base salary with the potential to earn unlimited commission and a quarterly bonus based on performance.
