This role focuses heavily on holiday merchandising (including our Winter Wonderland), then transitions into year-round gift and seasonal displays across the store. What You’ll Do Design and maintain creative, eye-catching displays, especially for holiday and seasonal merchandise Set up and manage themed areas like Winter Wonderland Assist customers with product questions, recommendations, and purchases Keep displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing Support merchandising across departments such as gift, pet, camping, fishing, and toys Stay up to date on product trends and seasonal items Communicate with team members using a radio headset throughout your shift What You’ll Bring Creative eye for design and attention to detail Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to plan, organize, and execute merchandising displays Ability to multitask and adapt to changing seasonal priorities Team-oriented while able to work independently Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Why You’ll Love It Here Work/Life Balance Flexible scheduling options (seasonal, part-time, or full-time) Supportive team that respects your time outside of work Learn & Grow Paid training from day one Build skills in merchandising, design, and customer service Opportunities to grow within the company Physical Requirements Lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
