Customer Service Representative

Rural Mutual Insurance, one of the top 50 property and casualty companies in the nation, has been protecting what we value in Wisconsin for over 90 years and proudly continues that mission today. We seek an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our policyholders. You'll be responsible for processing insurance policy transactions and service requests with accuracy and timeliness. You will get to interact with our underwriting team, Rural agents and assistants, and customers throughout the state, answering policy related inquires in a professional manner. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy problem-solving with people in a fast-paced work environment, we want to hear from you!

This is a hybrid role with the potential to go remote after a successful training period.
