Capital Markets Associate

We are seeking an associate with 3-8 years of capital markets experience to join our widely recognized Corporate Finance and Capital Markets practice. Our group structures and executes innovative, complex financial transactions for clients across asset management and other major industries in countries around the world. We have more than 125 lawyers located in the firm’s U.S., European, and Asian offices who collaborate with each other and other Dechert practices to execute domestic and cross-border transactions seamlessly. We have market-leading practices organizing and raising capital for private credit and private equity firms, in leading IPOs and debt financings in the capital markets, and in raising capital for the life sciences industry.
