Restaurant General Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager within the Hurtado Hospitality portfolio at LOMA TXMX. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of their location, including team leadership, guest experience, and overall financial performance. This role leads hiring, training, and development of staff, while maintaining a strong, hospitality-first culture. The General Manager ensures operational excellence across service, food quality, and cleanliness, while also managing budgets, P&L performance, and cost controls. They are responsible for implementing systems and processes that support efficiency, consistency, and growth.
