Broward Health North Summary: Plans, coordinates, provides, intervenes, and evaluates the care of assigned patients based on the treatment plan and individual patient needs. Participates with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient. Develops a nursing diagnosis and establishes care objectives. Education Minimum Education and/or: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN). Experience Newly licensed RN may apply but may need to complete appropriate specialty training for the area.
