You will be a key connector between customers and technicians, helping to keep the shop running smoothly while delivering a professional, positive experience from start to finish.What You'll Be DoingAs an Automotive Service Writer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service visit. This includes greeting customers, listening carefully to their concerns, and accurately documenting vehicle needs. You will communicate closely with technicians to understand repair findings, translate technical information into clear and honest recommendations, and present service options with confidence and transparency. Throughout the day, you will provide timely updates, keep repair orders moving efficiently, and ensure all estimates, approvals, and invoices are properly documented in the system.
