Client Details This general contractor specializes in design-build delivery, construction management, and ground-up development across high-impact markets including manufacturing, life sciences, healthcare, corporate offices, food & beverage, and distribution/logistics. Their Dallas office was set up to support growth across Western U.S. markets, particularly Texas, with a robust pipeline already underway. This contractor prides itself on providing turn-key solutions, spanning preconstruction, technical services, general contracting, and stringent safety management. Description Support the Project Manager in developing, updating, and tracking the overall project schedule. Assist with coordinating day‑to‑day tasks to help the team meet key milestones, including design coordination, procurement, construction activities, startup, commissioning, punch list, and closeout. Monitor construction site progress and help track schedule and budget performance, escalating potential issues to the Project Manager as needed. Assist in the coordination and administration of subcontractors, including tracking scopes, schedules, and performance during various project phases. Support the procurement process by helping prepare subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and related documentation. Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal team members, subcontractors, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely information flow. Provide administrative and technical support such as meeting notes, RFIs, submittal tracking, and document control. Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Civil Engineering preferred At least 3+ years of experience in Construction Project Management with a relevant general contractor Strong technical background and relevant experience preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence team members, partners, and customers.
