Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client questions clearly and courteously. Schedule appointments and help manage the hospital’s daily calendar. Check clients and patients in and out efficiently. Process payments, review invoices, and communicate charges accurately. Maintain complete and accurate client and patient information. Document client communication and update medical records appropriately. Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and the clinical team. Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding hospital services, products, and general pet-care needs. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Support efficient front-desk and hospital operations throughout the day. What You’ll Bring Previous veterinary receptionist experience is required. At least two years of professional experience in a veterinary setting is preferred. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. An outgoing, dependable, and motivated personality.
