The Project Manager (Technical) is responsible for working closely with the Director of Technical & Asset Management to oversee and manage construction projects on the Private Destinations. The Project Manager (Technical) will coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires a strong background in construction management and both exceptional leadership and problemsolving skills. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International's Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
