Job Details We're looking for a talented and driven Lead Senior Architect to join our growing Milwaukee team. You'll take ownership of projects from concept through completion, serving as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams. What you'll be doing: Leading architectural design and documentation across multiple project types including corporate, healthcare, municipal, K-12, industrial, and retail Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining our high standards of quality Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders throughout all phases of design and construction Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a culture of excellence Navigating permitting, code compliance, and client presentations with confidence You will be client facing, leading client meetings What we're looking for: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) Active licensure or actively pursuing licensure (RA preferred) 10+ years of experience in a project architect or similar role Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset Experience across multiple project sectors is a plus Interested in hearing more?
